The ticket is only valid on the specific date selected. Online ticket admission is not refundable and visit date is not changeable. Your hold no rights to cancelation.

Universe after dark

There is a limited number of tickets for each arrival time. You must select both the date and desired arrival time. Especially for you with a season ticket: Remember to log in with your season ticket account in order to collect your free season ticket. 

We have reserved the time between 5 and 6 p.m. exclusively for those who are already in Universe so that they can also enjoy the experience.
